Q Software To Launch Cloud-Based Security Services For JD Edwards at COLLABORATE 16

Managed Services Delivered Via The Cloud Will Enable Customers with On-Premise, Hosted, Or Cloud-based JD Edwards Systems To Reduce Risk Management and Compliance Complexity, Workload and Costs

Denver CO, April 6, 2016 – Q Software Global, an Oracle Gold Partner and provider of risk management, compliance and productivity tools for JD Edwards users, will launch Cloud-Based Security Services for JD Edwards users at COLLABORATE 16, the Technology and Applications Forum for the Oracle Community in Las Vegas, Nevada USA, from April 10-14.

The new Q Software Cloud services will enable organizations to reduce their dependence on skilled security specialists, “pay-as-they-go” for routine security changes and automate User Provisioning processes, whilst ensuring that new assignments are vetted by appropriate business managers. Access and Segregations of Duties reports can be delivered when needed, with minimal impact on performance and resources. A detailed audit trail is maintained of all activity.

“The Q Software Cloud is the latest initiative in our continuing programme to enable JD Edwards customers to reduce their risk as well as the cost and effort of managing it,” said Brian Stanz, Chief Technology Officer at Q Software. “The ability to access the service via a new Mobile app will also give our customers more flexibility and the ability to respond to events more quickly.”

Q Software is exhibiting on Booth # 709 at COLLABORATE 16. Booth visitors will be able to see a demonstration and register for a free simple security Audit, which will be delivered online in the Cloud.
