Insight Reporting for Q Software
Flexible Reporting on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Security
Once security has been set up and Segregation of Duties controls are in place, both business and technical users will need to interrogate the system from time to time to monitor activities in their own areas; for example, a departmental manager may need to know who can access critical programs, or technical staff may need to define their own reports to investigate specific issues or monitor the status of security.
We have integrated our EnterpriseOne security solutions with Insight Software’s popular reporting solution to enable us to:
- deliver a much more comprehensive and meaningful set of standard reports
- offer both business and technical users the ability to produce their own ad hoc queries and tailored reports, including information from both the native EnterpriseOne security tables and the Q Software tables.
Standard reports include:
- A list of Users, their Roles, and their Security (by Component and detail
- *ALL sign in security (if you want to know what security a user will inherit when they sign in with *ALL this report gives that information)
- Users, their Roles and Fine cut information
- Active/Inactive Users
- Commonalities between Roles (helps you to find Roles that have matching security and other commonalities)
- Segregation of Duty conflicts by User
- Segregation of Duty rules in place.
