Q Software introduces New License Audit Tools at COLLABORATE 18: Technology and Applications Forum for the Oracle Community in Las Vegas, Nevada USA

QCloud License Audit Helps Oracle® E-Business Suite and JD Edwards Customers Avoid Unexpected License Charges for Non-Compliant Usage.

Denver CO, April 16, 2018 – At COLLABORATE 18, Q Software Global, an Oracle Gold Partner and provider of audit, security and compliance tools for Oracle ERP users, will showcase QCloud License Audit, a Cloud-based service which enables customers to analyze their usage of ERP modules against their licensed allowances.

With this innovative service, customers can login to the QCloud portal to request an audit and receive results within an hour, showing how many users have updated tables in each module and identifying any modules where usage exceeds the licensed quota.

“As organizations grow and ERP usage expands, it can be difficult to keep track of who’s using what,” said Brian Stanz, Chief Technology Officer at Q Software. “If the Oracle License Audit team comes knocking, this can lead to unexpected, and often large, bills for non-compliant usage. This handy service, which can be run on demand, with no technical effort, makes it easy for Oracle customers to monitor usage and stay compliant.”

QCloud License Audit is available now for Oracle E-Business Suite and JD Edwards. License Audits for Oracle Database will be launched in May.

QCloud Security Audit:

Q Software will also demonstrate QCloud Security Audit as a Service, which uncovers Segregation of Duties conflicts and other vulnerabilities within hours, helping customers to prevent internal fraud and satisfy external auditors. This service is available now for Oracle E-Business Suite, JD Edwards and Oracle ERP Cloud users.

GRC investment tailored to business needs and budget:

Q Software also offers a versatile range of on-premise Governance, Risk and Compliance tools for Oracle E-Business Suite and JD Edwards customers.

“Every organization needs to protect their business, but many GRC platforms are beyond the reach of all but the largest corporations,” says Mike Ward, CEO of Q Software. “Our flexible Risk Management process, with versatile on-premise and Cloud-based tools and services, allows customers to take a pragmatic, affordable approach to managing the risks that matter most to their business.”

Q Software will exhibit at booth #1225 at COLLABORATE 18.
